1. You can set some sockets with switches, so that you don‘t need to pull out the plug and cut off the power, and the unplugged wires will not hang up and affect the appearance. For example, the washing machine socket can be turned off when not in use, and the air conditioner socket can be turned off in off-season without unplugging;
2. Do not install kitchen sockets in the room above the stove to prevent overheating;

4. The switch should be installed in a place too close to water. If it is installed on an open balcony, remember to use a special splash cover for the switch socket;

6. Consider sockets and corresponding control switches for anti-theft alarms, gas alarms, wall-mounted LCDs, entrance lights, etc.;
